Pero, \u00bfSe acuerdan para qu\u00e9 sirve en el mundo de los negocios?<\/p>\n<p>Es para calcular el costo de la operaci\u00f3n, ll\u00e1mese necesidad de financiamiento. Dando las herramientas de procesamiento de informaci\u00f3n y visuales para gestionar las variables que entran en juego. Pero en resumen,&nbsp;<strong>haciendo que se achique la superficie del gr\u00e1fico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando eso lo llevamos a&nbsp;<strong>optimizaci\u00f3n de inventarios&nbsp;<\/strong>aplicamos el mismo concepto, pero aqu\u00ed<strong>&nbsp;se agregan numerosas complejidades:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El lote de compra \u00f3ptimo<\/li>\n<li>Las variadas curvas de consumo de los distintos productos<\/li>\n<li>La administraci\u00f3n independiente de numerosos almacenes<\/li>\n<li>El car\u00e1cter c\u00edclico de las ventas<\/li>\n<li>El tratamiento diferencial de distintos productos por su necesidad de presencia u obsolescencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hay muchas variables en juego,<strong>&nbsp;no se puede resolver en forma intuitiva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando eso lo llevamos a&nbsp;<strong>procesos,&nbsp;<\/strong>nos corremos un poquito de ese gr\u00e1fico y&nbsp;<strong>nos movemos a un concepto de flujo.<\/strong>&nbsp;Como pasa en una matriz de energ\u00eda debemos darle uso primero a los recursos m\u00e1s eficientes o menos costosos y despu\u00e9s ir incorporando los m\u00e1s costosos, pero al mismo tiempo detectar los factores que generan rupturas, fallas, ineficiencias, resultados no deseados.
