This conviction led to the creation of Auren Plus Boni in 2006, our own Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The idea was simple: create a way for everyone at Auren Germany to contribute and give something back to the communities in which we live and work. Our employees voluntarily donate the cent amounts from their monthly payroll, while Auren contributes the cent amounts from every outgoing invoice. What may seem like small contributions at first glance has grown into a powerful force for positive change over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What makes Auren Plus Boni special is that our commitment does not end with a donation. As auditors, tax advisors, consultants, and legal experts, we know that sharing knowledge can create just as much value as financial support. For this reason, every selected initiative is accompanied by a workshop developed specifically for that project. Together with the people behind the initiative, our colleagues address topics that are relevant to their day-to-day challenges and future development. In this way, each project benefits not only from financial support, but also from practical expertise tailored to its individual needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the years, Auren Plus Boni has supported a wide range of projects in and around our office locations. From recreation spaces for young people and kitchens for homeless women to inclusive cultural initiatives facing particularly challenging circumstances, the projects may differ in their goals, but they all have one thing in common: they make a meaningful contribution to the communities around us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For nearly two decades, Auren Plus Boni has shown what can happen when many small contributions come together and are combined with personal commitment. It reflects our belief that responsibility goes beyond financial support alone. Through the dedication of our employees, their expertise, and a shared desire to make a difference, we are able to create lasting value exactly where it is needed most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
