An\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEsto arranc\u00f3 mal y sigue igual, primero sacaron la ley y ahora sacan el decreto de reglamentaci\u00f3n y las instrumentaci\u00f3n del aporte solidario a trav\u00e9s de la norma de la AFIP\u00bb, coment\u00f3 Hermida. <\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa reglamentaci\u00f3n confunde m\u00e1s a los contribuyentes y a los asesores.
