Consultancy for development of the implementation plan of international standard, including:

• Evaluation of application options offered by the international standard.
• Definition of IFRS accounting policies.
• Support for defining the impact of adjustments of first adoption.
• Assembling the specific implementation plan to be approved by the Board.
• Monitoring progress in compliance of IFRS implementation plan.
