{"id":11781,"date":"2016-09-06T14:30:54","date_gmt":"2016-09-06T12:30:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/auren.com\/co\/blog\/reporte-de-inconsistencias-contenidas-en-la-informacion-exogena-suministrada-por-terceros\/"},"modified":"2016-09-06T14:30:54","modified_gmt":"2016-09-06T12:30:54","slug":"reporte-de-inconsistencias-contenidas-en-la-informacion-exogena-suministrada-por-terceros","status":"publish","type":"blog","link":"https:\/\/auren.com\/co\/blog\/reporte-de-inconsistencias-contenidas-en-la-informacion-exogena-suministrada-por-terceros\/","title":{"rendered":"Reporte de inconsistencias contenidas en la informaci\u00f3n ex\u00f3gena suministrada por terceros."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El art\u00edculo 631 del Estatuto Tributario contempla la obligaci\u00f3n de los contribuyentes de suministrar informaci\u00f3n tributaria ex\u00f3gena, que involucra operaciones con terceros, con el fin de efectuar los estudios y cruces de informaci\u00f3n necesarios para el debido control de los tributos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si la informaci\u00f3n suministrada por terceros presenta inconsistencias, como en efecto ha ocurrido con frecuencia para el per\u00edodo gravable 2015, el contribuyente debe comunicarse o requerir a la persona natural o jur\u00eddica que suministra la informaci\u00f3n, cuyos datos de identificaci\u00f3n se encuentran en la columna denominada \u201cpersona que reporta\u201d; y adicionalmente podr\u00e1 el contribuyente informar la inconsistencia a la DIAN, diligenciando el Formato FT-FL-2239 correspondiente al \u00abReporte \u00danico de Inconsistencias informaci\u00f3n ex\u00f3gena\u00bb y remiti\u00e9ndolo al buz\u00f3n <a href=\"mailto:reportefiscalizacion@dian.gov.co\">reportefiscalizacion@dian.gov.co<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p> Es importante tener en cuenta que la informaci\u00f3n ex\u00f3gena es una referencia por los conceptos de patrimonio, ingresos y retenciones en la fuente, para guiar y facilitar a los contribuyentes el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones formales, sin embargo no los exonera de declarar los valores totales de sus ingresos y patrimonio, que son de su exclusivo conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p><!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El art\u00edculo 631 del Estatuto Tributario contempla la obligaci\u00f3n de los contribuyentes de suministrar informaci\u00f3n tributaria ex\u00f3gena.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":11782,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"blog-category":[],"class_list":["post-11781","blog","type-blog","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
