{"id":8844,"date":"2021-09-30T08:28:27","date_gmt":"2021-09-30T06:28:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/auren.com\/co\/blog\/nuevo-sistema-de-informacion-de-alojamiento-turistico\/"},"modified":"2021-09-30T08:28:27","modified_gmt":"2021-09-30T06:28:27","slug":"nuevo-sistema-de-informacion-de-alojamiento-turistico","status":"publish","type":"blog","link":"https:\/\/auren.com\/co\/blog\/nuevo-sistema-de-informacion-de-alojamiento-turistico\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo sistema de informaci\u00f3n de alojamiento tur\u00edstico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, en aplicaci\u00f3n de la Resoluci\u00f3n 700 del 15 de julio de 2021, present\u00f3 el nuevo Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n de Alojamiento Tur\u00edstico (SIAT), en el que los establecimientos de ese segmento podr\u00e1n registrar en l\u00ednea la informaci\u00f3n de la Tarjeta de Registro de Alojamiento (TRA) de todos los hu\u00e9spedes.<\/p>\n<p>La Tarjeta de registro de alojamiento es el registro de hu\u00e9spedes que debe diligenciar todo prestador de servicios en el SIAT.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n 700 de 2021 se define la obligaci\u00f3n de implementar el SIAT por parte de los establecimientos de alojamiento. Entre quienes deben adoptar el sistema se destacan los hoteles, los hostales, los centros vacacionales y campamentos, as\u00ed como las viviendas tur\u00edsticas (fincas y apartamentos), principalmente. Adem\u00e1s, la norma aclara que quienes prestan servicios de estancias por horas quedan excluidos de cumplir con la norma.<\/p>\n<p>El objeto de dicha resoluci\u00f3n es implementar la Tarjeta de Registro de Alojamiento, determinar la informaci\u00f3n que debe contener y los aspectos relacionados con su diligenciamiento y funcionamiento. La resoluci\u00f3n aplica a todos los prestadores de servicios de alojamiento tur\u00edstico definidos en la Ley General del Turismo y sus modificaciones.<\/p>\n<p>El SIAT tambi\u00e9n se dise\u00f1\u00f3 con el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar que los prestadores de servicios del pa\u00eds, enfocados en este negocio, cuenten con la infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica adecuada que les permita desarrollar su actividad.
