B. beh\u00f6rdliche Nutzungsuntersagung, Brand-\/Wasserschaden) ohne eigenes Verschulden erlitten haben, k\u00f6nnen mittels eines formlosen Antrags einen Erlass oder Teilerlass der Grundsteuer beantragen. Je nach Ausfallh\u00f6he kann der Erlass zwischen 25 % und 100 % bei Totalausfall betragen. Es ist unerheblich, ob es sich um eine Wohn- oder gewerbliche Vermietung handelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Antrag ist sp\u00e4testens bis zum 31.3.2026 zu stellen. Die Frist ist nicht verl\u00e4ngerbar. In der Regel sind die Stadt- bzw.
