The secret to having business success in such a period is flexibility and business adaptability.<\/p>\n<p>Common mistakes in the tourism sector<\/p>\n<p>I often hear in management meetings that the company has multiple goals but doesn\u2019t have clarity in the actual business plan. This phenomenon usually affects the human capital of the organization and obscures the stability for them. As well, there is usually difficulty in the process of employees training, the importance is to teach the employees flexibility and adaptation and, this process not always happening.<\/p>\n<p>Many companies present themselves as innovative and market leaders, but in practice, there is a gap between the company&#8217;s statements and the employee training and coaching.<\/p>\n<p>Recommendations for better organizational flexibility in the tourism sector<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Convert business processes into automatic process by implementing Digital Transformation solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide practice plane that will allow knowledge sharing among all the employees, that&#8217;s will allow to make change in manpower activities in real time.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Making a plan for employees&#8217; changing activities by redefine the Business Process activities. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Having opinion of external consulting to have an Interest-free feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Setting KPI&#8217;S that will show if the business strategy is effective.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>It seems that behind every decision there is a need for a process. At this period, it is extremely important to learn how to adapt flexibility in the tourism sector.
