Con su incorporaci\u00f3n, la firma crea esta nueva l\u00ednea de negocio dentro de los servicios de consultor\u00eda en sostenibilidad. Olavarr\u00eda dirigir\u00e1 a un equipo de 10 personas y su incorporaci\u00f3n servir\u00e1 para impulsar el \u00e1rea, desde donde se dar\u00e1 soporte al sector financiero en su transici\u00f3n hacia la descarbonizaci\u00f3n y se asesorar\u00e1 para implementar e integrar aspectos ESG (Medioambientales, Sociales y de Gobernanza) en las organizaciones y en los procesos de financiaci\u00f3n e inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Olavarr\u00eda es experta en regulaci\u00f3n financiera y finanzas sostenibles y cuenta con una experiencia de m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os en el sector de banca de particulares y banca de inversi\u00f3n. Antes de incorporarse a Auren fue responsable del \u00e1rea de Mercados Financieros y Finanzas Sostenibles en INVERCO (Asociaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola de Fondos de Inversi\u00f3n y Fondos de Pensiones) y ha asumido puestos de responsabilidad en diversas entidades financieras como CaixaBank, Banco Madrid o Morgan Stanley, donde ocup\u00f3 el cargo de secretaria general. Tambi\u00e9n ha trabajado en varias consultoras, como Deloitte y Finreg360. Adem\u00e1s, ejerce como directora acad\u00e9mica y docente en programas de formaci\u00f3n postgrado y programas directivos sobre Finanzas Sostenibles en el IEB (Instituto de Estudios Burs\u00e1tiles).<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1rea de consultor\u00eda en sostenibilidad de Auren cuenta con un equipo multidisciplinar y con especialistas en medio ambiente, energ\u00eda, finanzas y recursos humanos, para asesorar al sector p\u00fablico y a empresas en el proceso hacia modelos de gesti\u00f3n sostenibles.
