Auren is part of the international alliance of independent firms, <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000\" href=\"https:\/\/antea-int.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ANTEA<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, with a global spread of 300 offices in more than 70 countries around the world.<\/p>\n<p>The Israeli offices of Auren are placed in two locations: Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem.<\/p>\n<p>Auren main activity is to assist businesses to maintain business growth and to accompany businesses in all required business aspects, business development, technology, marketing &amp; sales, finance, accounting &amp; audit, international taxation, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Yoram Fishman Yoram has a degree in accounting and finance. He is an expert in finance and financial consulting. Yoram has a vast knowledge to provide professional consulting services and business solutions in the fields of Valuation Assessments, Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, Risk Management, Due Diligence, and Business Recovery.<\/p>\n<p>He was the CFO of QIZ and MAJESTIC from Star-G.<br \/>\nHe was the CFO of TELEFLIGHT Technologies Ltd. and TELEFLIGHT LLC.<br \/>\nHe worked as a director of several public companies.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Auren Israel; Yoram Fishman was the manager of the financial and business fields of one of the TOP-10 consulting firms in Israel.
