The digital revolution based on artificial intelligence is creating big
\nchanges and transformations in businesses, markets and society.<\/p>\n

In this changing, rush, and hyperconnected process companies must
\ncompete \u2013 and the only option is to consider digital transformation to be ready
\nfor the future.<\/p>\n

With artificial intelligence (AI) companies can
\ngain unprecedented knowledge about control, automation and optimization of their
\noperational processes. Many problems that were previously considered unsolvable
\ncan be overcome with the help of AI.<\/p>\n

For a successful transformation to an AI-driven infrastructure it is essential to get a full overview about the business context and the created data. This can be achieved with an interdisciplinary team of experts who can fully understand business and their environments.<\/p>\n

Business understanding<\/strong><\/p>\n

This can be achieved with a 360\u00b0-evaluation workshops based on Design
\nThinking to have a clear focus on the customer wants. Therefore, it is
\nnecessary to involve people from top-management to business and
\ntechnical-experts. End of this evaluation a set of use-cases is created for the
\nnext steps.<\/p>\n

Data understanding and data
\npreparation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on the use-cases the
\nrequired data is identified, analysed and beautified. Additionally, it is
\nchecked if new data (e. g. weather, locations etc.) would be useful.<\/p>\n

End of this phase the set of
\ninput data is ready.<\/p>\n

Modelling and Evaluation<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the complex data models an optimal
\nalgorithm has to be found to predict future outcome. To do so different methods
\nwill be challenged to get the perfect solution mathematical and business
\nquestions.<\/p>\n

Deployment<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the end the chosen solution
\nmust be fully integrated into the customer system landscape. This means that
\nthe maintenance of the solution is focused only on regular re-evaluations based
\non new data.<\/p>\n
