The new arm will be led by Mrs. Lior Brauner-Spivak, Managing Partner at Auren Israel. This section will be focus on advising, mentoring, supporting, and delivering insightful, objective, and strategic deal advice for domestic and international clients on financial fund raising, M&A, and equity capital market transactions across the globe.

This unique activity, relying on its managers vast access and know-how of the Israeli financial and high-tech ecosystem, and on Auren’s Israel profound network, will provide a wide range of services both to Investors and investees. This new arm will act as an intermediator by matching buyers with sellers, assisting in identification of relevant opportunities, conducting evaluation processes, assisting, and managing deal negotiations.

A complementary team will manage the process, using a dedicated customized platform that includes, on one hand, investors (individuals, private and public) to whom it will offer scouting services, identifying relevant opportunities, structuring deals and more, and on the other hand it will cater companies from the industry, including startups, offering entire suite of services in order to secure their funding and matching them to appropriate investors or acquirers.

The arm will advise clients engaged in all industries, such as high-tech, life science, real estate, capital markets, manufacturing and more, with the strategic vision necessary to spot and evaluate short- and long-term opportunities and challenges. This new activity aims to work along Auren’s corporate finance departments around the globe, offering similar solutions and assisting in any relevant country.
