We also supervise Luxembourg Companies in accordance with the provisions of articles 443-1 and 443-2 of the Law dated 10 August 1915 on commercial companies, as subsequently amended.
We also carry out assurance engagements as required by law. These include non-cash contribution reports, interim dividend reports, merger and de-merger reports, due diligence report, Agreed upon procedures, auditor to the liquidator (Commissaire à la liquidation) and other special reports.
Since we are licensed by the Luxembourg Institute of Chartered Accountants (OEC), the Luxembourg Institute of Statutory Auditors (IRE) we can provide services to companies and entities regulated by Luxembourg regulators such as CSSF.
We perform audits of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with the Law dated 23 July 2016 on the audit profession (“Law dated 23 July 2016”) and the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), as adopted in Luxembourg by the “Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier” (“CSSF”).
