De verhoging is bekendgemaakt op dinsdag 29 september 2015.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Transitievergoeding<\/h3>\n<p>Per 1 juli 2015 heeft de ontslagvergoeding plaatsgemaakt voor de transitievergoeding. Als werkgever bent u deze vergoeding verschuldigd wanneer een tijdelijke of vaste werknemer ten minste twee jaar bij u in dienst is geweest en zijn arbeidscontract op uw initiatief is be\u00ebindigd. De hoogte van de transitievergoeding is afhankelijk van het aantal jaren dat de werknemer in dienst is geweest en het maandsalaris. De vergoeding bedraagt maximaal \u20ac 75.000 bruto, of een jaarsalaris als dat hoger is.
