De planning is dat dit afgerond is voor 1 juli 2015 zodat op de arbeid het 6% btw-tarief van toepassing is. Wie betaalt het btw-verschil tussen 6% en 21%, als de dienst onverhoopt uiteindelijk toch pas in juli 2015 wordt afgerond?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Antwoord:&nbsp;in de Wet op de omzetbelasting is een bepaling opgenomen die het mogelijk maakt om de btw-verhoging door te berekenen aan uw klant. Het maakt daarbij niet uit of die klant een ondernemer of een particulier is. Het is echter de vraag of het commercieel handig is om, zonder nadere afspraken, de extra 15% door te berekenen.
