{"id":9569,"date":"2017-07-10T13:32:35","date_gmt":"2017-07-10T11:32:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/auren.com\/nl\/blog\/tegemoetkomingen-aan-de-woningeigenaar\/"},"modified":"2017-07-10T13:32:35","modified_gmt":"2017-07-10T11:32:35","slug":"tegemoetkomingen-aan-de-woningeigenaar","status":"publish","type":"blog","link":"https:\/\/auren.com\/nl\/blog\/tegemoetkomingen-aan-de-woningeigenaar\/","title":{"rendered":"Tegemoetkomingen aan de woningeigenaar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Het kabinet heeft een drietal &#8216;gunstige&#8217; maatregelen aangekondigd voor woningeigenaren die zich in bepaalde situaties begeven. \t\t<\/p>\n<div>\t\tDe termijn voor de dubbele hypotheekrenteaftrek bij verhuizing wordt bijvoorbeeld permanent verlengd tot drie jaar (deze zou teruggaan naar twee jaar). Staat uw voormalige, leegstaande woning te koop of bent u nog niet verhuisd maar heeft u al wel een nieuwe woning aangeschaft, dan heeft u gedurende maximaal drie jaar renteaftrek voor beide woningen. <\/p>\n<p>Verhuurt u uw te koop staande woning en komt deze binnen drie jaar weer leeg te staan, dan heeft u daarna (tot het einde van de driejaarstermijn) wederom recht op hypotheekrenteaftrek. Deze tijdelijke regeling &#8216;herleving van de hypotheekrenteaftrek na verhuur&#8217; wordt eveneens structureel. <\/p>\n<p>Tot slot is er goed nieuws voor woningeigenaren die na verkoop van hun woning een restschuld overhouden. De maximale periode voor aftrek van rente op restschulden wordt verlengd van tien naar vijftien jaar. Het moet gaan om restschulden ontstaan in de periode van 29 oktober 2012 tot en met 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Een andere gunstige maatregel voor woningeigenaren stopt per 1 januari 2015. Het gaat om de tijdelijk extra ruime schenkingsvrijstelling van \u20ac 100.000.
