{"id":11162,"date":"2015-10-30T13:38:11","date_gmt":"2015-10-30T12:38:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/auren.com\/uy\/new\/246-beneficios-para-la-contratacion-de-jovenes\/"},"modified":"2015-10-30T13:38:11","modified_gmt":"2015-10-30T12:38:11","slug":"246-beneficios-para-la-contratacion-de-jovenes","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/auren.com\/uy\/noticias\/246-beneficios-para-la-contratacion-de-jovenes\/","title":{"rendered":"246 &#8211; BENEFICIOS PARA LA CONTRATACI\u00d3N DE J\u00d3VENES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En el presente a\u00f1o se reglament\u00f3 la <strong>Ley 19.133 <\/strong>referente al Empleo Juvenil.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El objetivo de la mencionada Ley es la promoci\u00f3n del trabajo de los j\u00f3venes bajo determinadas modalidades, para lo cual se otorga a las empresas que contraten j\u00f3venes, un subsidio econ\u00f3mico instrumentado a trav\u00e9s de un cr\u00e9dito para pago de obligaciones de BPS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social (MTSS) llevara un Registro tanto de empresas interesadas en contratar j\u00f3venes bajo alguna de las modalidades, como de j\u00f3venes interesados en trabajar, lo que le posibilita realizar tareas de intermediaci\u00f3n entre ellos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>MODALIDADES DE CONTRATACION<\/strong> <strong>SUBSIDIADAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>1 &#8211; Primera experiencia laboral<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Comprende la contrataci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes entre 15 y 29 a\u00f1os sin experiencia laboral formal previa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El <strong>plazo<\/strong> de contrataci\u00f3n no podr\u00e1 ser menor de 6 meses ni exceder el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El <strong>subsidio<\/strong> para la empresa contratante es de hasta el 25% de la retribuci\u00f3n mensual del joven, con un tope m\u00e1ximo del 25% sobre <strong>$ 13.567<\/strong> (importe determinado para el 2015 que se actualizar\u00e1 en forma anual en funci\u00f3n al \u00cdndice Medio de Salarios) a la fecha <strong>$ 3.392<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>2- Pr\u00e1ctica laboral para egresados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Comprende la contrataci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes de entre 15 y 29 a\u00f1os egresados de instituciones educativas habilitadas sin experiencia laboral previa relativa a la titulaci\u00f3n obtenida, con el fin de realizar trabajos pr\u00e1cticos y aplicar sus conocimientos te\u00f3ricos relacionados con el t\u00edtulo obtenido.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El <strong>plazo<\/strong> del contrato ser\u00e1 entre seis meses y un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El <strong>subsidio<\/strong> a la empresa consistir\u00e1 en el 15% de la retribuci\u00f3n mensual con un tope m\u00e1ximo del 15% sobre <strong>$ 13.567,<\/strong> a la fecha <strong>$ 2.035<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>3- Trabajo protegido joven<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Comprende la contrataci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes de hasta 29 a\u00f1os de edad, en situaci\u00f3n de desempleo y pertenecientes a hogares en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad socio econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El <strong>plazo<\/strong> de contrataci\u00f3n no podr\u00e1 ser menor de 6 meses ni exceder los 18 meses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El <strong>subsidio<\/strong> ser\u00e1 de:<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Hombres: hasta un 60% del salario del joven, con tope del 60% de 2 SMN. A la fecha el importe m\u00e1ximo de este subsidio equivale a $ 12.000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Mujeres: hasta un 80% del salario de la joven, con tope del 80% de 2 SMN. A la fecha el importe m\u00e1ximo de este subsidio equivale a $ 16.000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>4- Promoci\u00f3n de los estudios<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Consiste en la reducci\u00f3n del horario en aquellos j\u00f3venes de entre 15 y 24 a\u00f1os que cursan estudios curriculares.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El <strong>subsidio<\/strong> establecido para la empresa ser\u00e1:<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">a &#8211; 20% del valor de una hora de trabajo en caso de reducci\u00f3n de una hora en la jornada laboral.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">b &#8211; 40% del valor de la hora en caso de reducci\u00f3n de dos horas en la jornada laboral.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Este subsidio ser\u00e1 calculado por el MTSS y se instrumentar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de una Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada y se har\u00e1 efectivo por el BPS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El decreto reglamentario establece los <strong>requisitos<\/strong> que deber\u00e1 acreditar la empresa para poder acceder a los mencionados subsidios a saber:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estar en situaci\u00f3n regular de pagos ante el BPS.<\/li>\n<li>No haber despedido o enviado a seguro de desempleo en los 90 d\u00edas previos a la contrataci\u00f3n del joven y durante la misma, a empleados que realicen tareas similares.<\/li>\n<li>La cantidad de personas empleadas bajo estos reg\u00edmenes no podr\u00e1 exceder el 20% del total del personal (para empresas con menos de 10 empleados el tope asciende a 2 personas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Las contrataciones deber\u00e1n celebrarse por escrito y ser presentados ante la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Empleo (DNE) del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social (MTSS), en un plazo de 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles desde su celebraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por la Cra.
